RANGE OFFICER ?

Was thinking about buying a Springfield Range Officer in 9mm and would appreciate any insight or recommendations from anyone that has had any hands on experience with one . Thanks

I had it in .45ACP prior to their release of the 9mm model. I sold my .45 with plans to pick up the 9mm. I just haven't yet. The rear sight can be swapped out with a fixed sight easily. It is a popular mod for those who want to carry the gun.

I sold it because all my other autos are 9mm and I wanted to eliminate the higher cost .45. I had absolutely no issues with the gun what so ever.

Springfield puts time (cost) into the areas that matter like slide to frame and barrel bushing fit. Mine locked up tight. I plan to buy one in 9mm as well.

I thank you guys for the comments . I'm interested in the 9mm for the ease of being able to find 9mm brass . Going to try and do some trading this week !
