Even more important, you can have your guns shipped to you and keep them in your home (even if the government has to know about them).

Also, all residents get 2,000 channels of satellite TV free of charge!

That means either Morocco or Spain... being that I do not know much about either country, I'd imagine that Americans are more welcome to a Southern Europe country than an African, but if Spain is anything like the rest of Europe, it likely has stringent gun laws, while Morocco does not... I'm going to have to guess Morocco since you mentioned the humanitarian aid.
