At 8:33 p.m. EST, 13 January 2015, 17 years and one day after murdering 22 year old Deputy Sheriff Kyle Dinkheller, the State of Georgia executed Andrew Brannan.

He should have been shot military style no later than 6-months after convictions. All his appeals are waste of time and money. It was on video tape.
