For those of you with Facebook, here is some good info

It is rare that I run across anything on Facebook worthwhile enough to pass on but I have been following Active Self Protection for a few weeks. This guy posts videos that are self defense related and I have found them to be extremely helpful. If I remember correctly he was a Navy Corpsman that was serving with a Marine Recon team so he has a basic understanding of tactical issues/training. He uses the videos to teach what could have been done or what was done well and he also warns you if there are any that are particularly gruesome (there are some that show shootings that are not for the faint of heart) but the majority that I have seen would be suitable for everyone. FYI if you do not do the facebook thing you can go to his website.

I'm surprised Facebook doesn't shut him down, but great stuff. I encourage people to learn more about shooting and self defense from videos.
