How do you explain a dog named Sauer without first telling the story of a Puppy named Sig?

I don't think he's planning on doing it. I think he's already done it.

I saw this about an hour ago and it's already on my calendar replacing Ground Hog Day.

It's also the day that he was murdered.

.....I think I'd pick another date.

Yeah, he probably could have picked a better day. Maybe his birthday, like MLK or others, to celebrate the day they came into the world.

His birthday. The day he enlisted. The day he mustered out. His wedding anniversary. Plenty of options I'm sure.

Which day doesn't really matter much to me. Just glad it was done.

My feelings as well.

And our Governor poking a finger in Michael Moore's (and all who feel as he does) eye is a nice bonus.

This day will mean more to most of us than any ground hog could ever think about. A true Texas, American Hero right up there with our guys at the Alamo, San Jacinta, Goliad, etc. I'm glad to see patriots starting to stand up and be counted.
