Someone from Florida calling Texas crazy, that's the epitome of crazy with a healthy dose of delusion thrown in.

I consider it a compliment that someone such as this thinks we are crazy. I wear that with pride. :txflag:

Much better things to do than worry about what this idiot thinks.

I would have to agree with that. With any luck Texas will at some point be removed from Federal Chains and be self ruled once again by "crazy" Texans...

I saw his remarks as good news.

I'm all for any perception that keeps this arrogant progressive thug outside the Texas state line.

THIS Alcee Hastings? http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?ti ... on_scandal. Yeah, that's the guy. So why am I worried when an impeached AND CONVICTED former federal judge thinks that Texas is crazy? I'm not. I consider the source, and them carry it as a mark of pride.

And by the way, his repeated reelection by democrats is a perfect illustration of how corrupt that party is at its core, and how evil its principles and leadership. That Nancy Pelosi was actually seriously considering appointing him to chair the House Intelligence Committee, before she bowed to public outrage and appointed someone else, is proof positive that the nation's security is absolutely secondary to any other part of the democrat agenda, and if security has to be sacrificed on the alter of some other socialist shibboleth, then they are perfectly happy to do so.

If democrats succeeded in gaining permanent power, we'd all be dead or enslaved, and Alcee Hastings is a perfect demonstration of why.

I think it absolutely wonderful that that A.H. finds Texas not to his liking.

He should be applauded by conservatives in this state.

He's probably helped keep out many a liberal with his looney ideas.

Good for us.

Why?

As soon as libs decide to move to conservative states, they work at changing what the majority are invested in.

Hey, they always know what's best for us...

He is one of only eight federal officials in American history to be impeached and removed from office.

In 2012, Hastings was ranked No. 1 out of 435 members of the U.S. House of Representatives for paying salaries and fees to family members by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch.] A 300-page report published by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington found that Hastings paid his girlfriend $622,574 over the four-year period 2007-2010.
