How many mags come with new M&P 9mm?

Our club is going to buy a lot of Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm's for a youth program. We need extra magazines, but I can't determine how many because I can't seem to find out how many mags come with new guns. Does anyone know?

My neighbor bought one from Cabela's (on sale for $399 which I thought was a pretty good price for local retail) this past Saturday and it came with 2 mags. A seven round flush version and an 8 rounder with pinky extension. Their web page also says 2 mags. Link

I'm looking forward to going to the range with her so I can try it out.

I have 2 Shields9 and a compact9. All came with 2 mags.

I bought from a local dealer not knowing it was supposed to come with two mags and got ripped off. I even asked and was told no, it only comes with one mag. Would have been duped into buying a second mag there too if they'd had one in stock.

Yep, you were lied to and ripped off.

It even says on the Smith & Wesson website product descriptions that it comes with 2 mags.

I would give S&W a call about that unless it wasn't new.

Care to name names? Whether they don't know or were intentionally trying to deceive, we should try to steer clear of them.
