• 4 hand-launched Raven drones
• 160 Humvees
• 250 suits of body armor
• 300 sets of night-vision goggles

Now this would be a good use of Predator drones. Use all possible surveillance methods (UAVs, satellite, aircraft, etc.) to locate the larger assets. When you locate something, send in a Predator to make it "go away".
