Since I am a person of somewhat limited means, I'll focus more on dedicated semi-autos optimized as such rather than a tamed and "legalized" SAW. If finances were no option, some legal full-auto might be a consideration, but alas, the price of entry is substantial and then feeding one isn't exactly inexpensive.

What is this weapon of War doing on America's streets? It has no other purpose than to spew bullets as fast as possible to KILL. It needs to be banned!!! NOW!!! I own guns. I have a double barrel 20 gauge for duck hunting. I have .22 revolver to shoot paper. That's all you need. Why do you need big clips, high capacity automatic ammunition guns, and bazookas for deer hunting? Cruel by the way. How would you like to have a giant bullet made for war go thru you if you were a deer? I'd rather buy cage free range chicken bought at my Wholefoods...
4/13/1996 Completed CHL Class, 4/16/1996 Fingerprints, Affidavits, and Application Mailed, 10/4/1996 Received CHL, renewed 1998, 2002, 2006, 2011, 2016...). "ATF... Uhhh...heh...heh....Alcohol, tobacco, and GUNS!! Cool!!!!"

A slidefire stock, a Tac Con trigger, and an Ironman backpack would make this a lot of fun!
