Then check your recoil spring to see if it is all beat up? I am curious to your response. Thank you.

That has been my wife's CCW for over a year. No failures of any kind to date that I can remember.

I have the 4.0 version and have had no problems. And i believe it uses the same recoil spring as the 3.3
