Someone explain the sovereign citizen movement

In rural areas you don't always need a license if you are underage either. I learned to drive when I was 11, and drove to several different pastures to feed. Drove into town to get fuel, and feed. Several others and myself drove to driver's education. I guess if the police in an area were you-know-whats that wouldn't fly, but in small towns there is usually enough pressure that cops that treat locals that way don't stay on the job long. We had only had one officer, and he was from the area. So he knew who you were, who your family was, and had a pretty good idea of what you were supposed to be up to.
