We gave up watching it. Seems as though there were as many - or more commercials - as actual programming. It was severely annoying and dissappointing...

I believe that a factual retelling of the story of Texas' independence in series form, shot on actual locations where possible, would make a great story. I think you'd find a fine mix of heroes, heroines, scoundrels, and characters that would make for a great tale. I was born in Tennessee, but I got here as quick as I could (1955). I love Texas. I love everything about her.
It is a shame that Texas Rising doesn't even come close to doing Texas and her fine people justice.
