Not far off the bead Andy. Since DPS has armed boats patrolling up & down the Rio Grande, armed with, M-60's(I believe), and Barrett .50's, why not a few outdated, obsolete Cobra's(that still have their main & secondary armaments) in their arsenal as well? Makes sense to me.
