The last few months I've seen some really good deals here on the forum. It is awesome that we have a forum like this where you can find honest people to deal with. It made me think about some of my own purchases here on the forum and I thought it might be fun to talk about that one great deal you found.
I'll start.
A couple years ago a member posted a CW9 with a very nice holster and 100 rounds of target ammo. I wasn't in the market but couldn't pass it up at $240. That firearm has been my brothers EDC since.

My best deals were buying a like-new Colt Detective Special [Carlson1] and a Colt DS-II [AEA].
I still haven't fired the one I bought from Carl. It's too pretty.

One of the best deals I have found is the wealth of knowledge on this forum. Hard to beat what you can discover on this site.

Re: Best deal you have found on the forum
I have purchased several items from Forum members. And sold a few, too!
I have not been disappointed with any purchase, nor have I have had anything less than stellar comments about who I have dealt with.
The people on the TXCHLForum are exceptional.

Best deal I ever got happened today.
"michael e" gave me 5 boxes of wheelweights for free. I estimate that will melt down to enough lead ingots to cast between 1500 to 2000 bullets.
I appreciate his generosity.
