DFW Attorney recommendation?

Our family has the opportunity to begin a new business endeavor in an type of business that I'm only vaugely familiar. We will be providing the facilities and real-estate needed with a business partner who will be providing the expertise and manpower needed.

We're looking for an attorney to help us draw up the partnership agreements and contracts, preferably an attorney that has experience working with businesses in the equine industry, preferably in the consumer side of stables and boarding of horses, along with direct consumer riding training as a bonus.

I know the members of this board are a diverse lot, so I thought I'd see if there is such an attorney as an active member here, or if anyone can recommend such an attorney, preferably one in the DFW Metromess.

Recommending an attorney is like recommending what kind of really bad skin rash do you want...they are out there I have just never met them. Sorry I am sure that there will be someone who will speak up soon to refute my response.
