Pepper Spray
I like to carry pepper spray with me when I walk with my dog. The intent is prevent/stop other dogs from attacking my dog without having to draw my EDC gun. I researched online regarding Texas and El Paso Law on the subject and all I can find is "large" canister is prohibited and "small" one is OK. What is consider large and what is small? Is there any update of pepper spray from the recent legislation?

Re: Pepper Spray
I know it won't really answer your question, but when I asked one of our Tarrant county prosecutors that question he told me that basically, if a civilian can purchase it over the counter, then it's considered a small canister. The large canisters are sold only to law-enforcement and corrections type organizations (think of a can of Monster drink with a spray device on top - that's about the size of the large canisters).
YMMV.
