Brady Bunch lawsuit dismissed, fees ordered

Post by Charles L. Cotton »

The Brady Bunch filed a frivolous lawsuit against Lucky Gunner in an attempt to force the company to stop online ammo sales. The federal judge dismissed the case and ordered the Brady Bunch to pay over $111,000 in attorney fees incurred by Lucky Gunner. Brady Bunch has appealed.

LG said it will make every effort to collect the money and give it to organizations that support the Second Amendment. You can vote on your preferred group and I obviously chose the NRA/ILA. The purpose of this post is to point out that Dudley Brown's National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR) didn't get enough votes to even appear on the pie chart. In the individual listings, NAGR received only 329 votes out of a total of 42,743 distributed among numerous potential recipients! NAGR/Brown have no impact on gun laws and they have no respect or support among gun owners. They make noise, they lie and collect money from gullible people. And this is the organization that OCT/Grisham/Stickland/Huffines tout as their champion.

Charles, how do you vote in this poll?

From another thread (click on the link):

While it is not yet clear when the $111,971.10 fee reimbursement will be paid, we [Lucky Gunner] are going to donate 100% of what is recovered to groups that support and defend the 2nd Amendment. We will fight to recover these funds from the Brady Center and to hold the Brady Center responsible for yet another frivolous lawsuit. Please tell us where you want the recovered fees to go by voting in the form... [at the link just above].

I recall reading that the judge said that the Brady Bunch *technically* listed as a plaintiff and ordered the couple to pay the $100k+ in attorney fees.

Interesting Virgina local gets the most votes when Lucky Gunner is in TN (according to the emails I get).

I did read about the story in the news, but don't recall seeing a link to any poll in the advertisement emails. Did I miss something? Last one I got from them was yesterday with no mention of the poll.
