Dawson Precision Customer Service
Ordered a set of Dawson Precision adjustable sights (fiber optic - front and back) for my Glock 19 Gen 4 and went with what they suggested as a front sight height. Turned out the POI was still 2.5 inches high at 15 yards with the rear adjustable bottomed out. Sent them pictures of groups at 7, 15 and 25 yards. They send me a new front sight based on the information I gave them - did not have to return the original one. New front sight worked out perfectly. Thanks to Dawson for the outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

This is good to know as they are one of the few companies that makes sights for Walthers. I've been looking at their sights for the P99, just haven't decided what I want yet.

Dawson Precision is nothing, except, awesome. The first time I tried to install sights myself I "overfitted" the sight a bit. I drove up to them and not only did they replace it free of charge, but they had one of their gunsmiths show me how to do things right.

I believe it. I've bought from them for 15 years and never anything but quality products and excellent service. I rank them right up there with Dillon Precision.AndyC wrote:Dawson are very good people - I don't think I've ever heard a negative review about them, but that's excellent service.
