Yep, if the choice is between two liberals, then the one who is a Democrat will win.

Personally, on the gun issue, I think Rudy is WORSE than Hillary.

Needless to say I am not surprised at all by this endorsement...

Rick is playing a card, hoping for a job after this gig in Austin is over...Plain and simple...It may not be a VP slot, but a cabinet or other high-level appointment is expected...

He's going to be in a lonnnnggg line of people vying for favor in the next few years...

Just be aware with all the positioning and other maneuvering being done above and below radar, Kay Bailey announcing her coming back home to roost, etc etc...

So the governorship of Texas is kinda up for grabs again...One person I have heard that might throw in for it might be Jerry Patterson...

Just something to keep tucked away in the back of our thoughts for the future...

I can't stand the chioces but would vote for Rudy if none of the other Republicans had a chance as I could not sleep If I in any way gave a vote to Hillary. Voting for Ron Paul, Fred Thompson if they have no chance is like giving one to Hillary.

Or Texas succeeds from the US and becomes it's own country, (Rick Perry for pres.) :?: LOL

I don't know why this endorsement surprises anyone. Aside from guns, Perry is little different from Giuliani. Both are big spending, big government NAFTA supporters. To understand just how insidious Perry is, read up on the Trans-Texas Corridor.

Knowing that one day I will have to answer to God for every vote I cast, I just can't see myself voting for someone who supports killing babies.
While I have strong opinions on issues other than guns, TexasCHLforum is not the place to discuss abortion, illegal immigration, or any other of the number of hot-button issues.
