Was the 600 dollar offer in the magazine or was it sent in an envelope
It came in the mail. Actually, it was a $400 check to be used toward the Life membership, so $1000 minus $400 check equals $600. If I previously planned to continue my annual membership until I was 75 years old, then I would break even with the life offer, providing I never had to pay over $25/yr. That's why I'm looking for a $300 deal if they exist!

Hopefully, I'll still be totin' a gun when I'm 75.
I believe there is safety in numbers..
numbers like: 9, .22, .38, .357, .45, .223, 5.56, 7.62, 6.5, .30-06...

I was afraid of that. I received an envelope from them a few days back that had gotten wet from sitting in my open mail box. It looked like the usual advertisement stuff so I tossed it in the garbage. Crud...I would have done that deal.
