It's not clear that this one is still active but your point is well taken. HCI, the BATFE themselves, 2 theater companies, and two without a web presence although I have been thinking about calling them to find out.

No, it didn't. Heller (or Parker and the others) was never chosen to solve all the problem but to estalish as simply as possible that the 2nd Amendment protects an individual right of each American, and cannot be ignored nor treated as obsolete.

It succeeded brilliantly in doing that, perhaps at the one moment in history when it could do that (if Obama is elected). Levy (the lawyer who independently financed) the Heller case chose the time to match when he expected Bush to get new appointments to the Court -- had a democrat been elected (or if one is elected) then like 1-4 Supreme Court Justices will be replaced before the Republicans have another chance.
