Mine was about $550, plus about $125 to get it in the door and on top of the platform...
Before y'all go ballistic on the $$$, it was on sale, and the delivery cost was that much because he used a really cool electric driven (stair climber) type dolly...Made it sooooo much easier to get it installed...

did you bolt it to the floor? Liberty is the best way to go in my mind. spend a few more dollars for peace of mind. they also have a life time replacement in case of a fire or someone tries to break into it

So a few more dollars($400) is not wha I can afford. I can not double what I want to pay. I have school, books, bills, gas and girlfriend duties! Thanks though, I understand that they are great, and wish I could own one. Unless he gives me a great deal tomorrow

Me??? Nope, I did not bolt it down...I know its a tip hazard, but I figure its only a hazard to someone assuming it'll move...
Nobody else I know would consider it a jungle-gym and let anyone crawl all over it, so I am not too concerned about an inadvertant accident...
I've had it for a few years, and pretty much anyone who comes over and we're in the office working on something knows about it...
But you do give me a few ideas about how to secure it even more...But I am not sure a residential "stud wall" will hold up to the wieght if I try to discretely strap it to the wall behind the safe...But I may look into it tomorrow...
