what does one do with a .50 BMG in a civilian world?

Seems to me one either admires it as part of their collection, shoots it or both. I suppose there are other things one might do with it but those are the main things civilians would do with a .50 BMGBigBlueDodge wrote:what does one do with a .50 BMG in a civilian world?
well, you shoot it.BigBlueDodge wrote:what does one do with a .50 BMG in a civilian world?
cool video. i agree on the lead time but they are churning them out quite a bit quicker now. i never cancelled my order since I got in on the introductory pricing at $1095 ;) i think it is about $300 more if you order one now.kalipsocs wrote:Certainly nice but that sure is a long time. Our Serbu BFG-50 took less than 6 weeks to arrive. Once again, this looks like a much better build in terms of aesthetics, but I think a year of waiting is a bit ridiculous. I have not done my homework on this company, but there are certainly plenty of other trick 50s out there readily available with the Accuracy International coming to mind. Here is a video of myself, my father, and my sister shooting open sights at 100 as the 30 MOA base puts us at a 300 yard zero and frankly, we need to learn to shoot that far and further. The very last clip I have the scope on it and scored a hit on a bucket we were shooting that is hard to see, but I had the crosshairs on the shoreline.
