If found this rather interesting: "According to Sgt. Stresing with APD, the man was not arrested because had all of the proper permits to carry a concealed weapon...."

All of the proper permits? Anyone else find that interesting too? Hopefully just a case of the reporter not quoting correctly.

Based on the vagueness of the reporting it wouldn't surprise me if the guy was some sort of federal police.
