If you're going to use this as a carry piece I would get the Trijicons or the XS Big Dots. I have both sights and both are very good and durable. Trijicon makes the tritium vials for Big Dot.
STAY away from the fiber optic sights such as TFOs for a carry piece. They are fine for the range but. they are not durable enough to withstand the abuse a defensive weapon is subjected to. If you surf around on some of the other gun sites there is always some one talking about the fiber optic falling off just from range use.

Actually, fiber optic sights are very durable. The TFO and the High-Viz are great sights and very tough. I draw mine at least 50 time a week and shoot over 500 rounds a week with no problems with my fiber optic sights. The ability to have the front sight stand out visually is a tremendous advantage. If they run fine on my shooting gun, I see no problems on the typical carry gun that spends most of it's time in a holster.

TLDR any other replies. I got a set of Glock brand sights for $50 from GTdist
They are plenty bright. I have other major brands (Trijicons and meprolights) on other weapons and none of those seem to be a significant improvement over the glock sights, especially for the price.

I love the XS Express big dot sights; the earlier poster is correct in stating that the big front sight can cover up the target but you can dot the 'i' (put big dot on top of rear sight bar) then key off the top of the white dot. The POI doesn't seem to move - even though you'd expect it should - and you can still get good groups on paper at the range. For double-taps they are great as they provide a very quick sight picture.
...and he is also correct in saying they are a matter of personal preference :-) I must admit I was dubious but lately I've been more prone to trying stuff like this out and offloading it on ebay / gunbroker if I find it's not for me.

I like the XS Big Dot Night Sights. They are very simple to put on. Here is a video that might help.

There are several more on Youtube.

Thanks for all of the great info...I purposely did not get this Glock with factory night sights so that I could explore other options. I'm leaning towards the XS Big Dots for all of the positive reasons cited and some personal recommendations.
