on that rifle.......I don't think i'd spend the extra money to get it just because the serial number is 00666. I'd pass on it for that reason too.
Age_Ranger, thanks and couple things.... You're right , I am not willing to pay extra for a unique number I will rather put the money on a 2 stage trigger..I am almost ready to pay 1,000. alright 999.00 for the NAME..Now, if you can assist me put together a tactical model clone i.e. decent 16'barrel,flat top w/ BUIS,decent trigger,collapeable stock for under $700's that will be the way to go..

Got an email back from this person......he stated he would be at the Big Town Gun Show on Feb 17th (date?) and that anyone could pick up lowers there......and as many as we want!!
I'm looking to see if they've got a nice Stag or a few others.

OK, here's my update.. I cancelled my appointment w/ him because I picked up my firsr AR today!! As aga_ranger reported Robbie mentioned having quite a few lowers for the next gunshow.. I am still interested in putting together and AR. Thanks to all I have gained better info as to how to assemble one. I just need to replenish my gunfund before I venture into that project.
I got me a NIB
Smiith and Wesson AR 15 M&P15 standard and I am very excited about it!!!

Ditto that.....I did see A-1 sales there though. They had some great AR stuff!!! But, nope.......like you said, no lowers
