I think the better question is what moron would not give up the cash if someone pointed on of those things at them. They might notice it was empty....

If you had EVER spent more than a week in East LA, you wouldn't say such things. The Cheech and Chong movies were viewed as comedies across the nation, but in ELA, they were a documentary.

Another forum, someone posted the CA law. Even the empty tube is a felony by state law in CA.

THIS is California we are talking about...for your reading pleasure, I am posting the link to the chart someone developed to help Californians figure out whether their rifle is legal, in reference to their state AWB. Its indicative, I think that it even exists. Enjoy.
