As far as I can tell they're all affected. I chose to pursue the return and am now wrestling with what I want as a replacement.
They are accepting returns no questions asked but I've not heard of anyone actually receiving their refund yet. Time will tell how long it takes before they actually mail a check.
There's also a class action suit in the works. Might want to check in
there as well...
Well this is very disappointing

I've always loved the reticle on the EOTech's and finally got one only to have this happen. Any idea how long they will have the return available? I haven't had a chance to take it out to the range yet and like to do so before I decide on returning it or not (I'd like to experience the problem myself).
