Now thats just absurd! Why would you think that???

Defense: This is not a deadly weapon, it's not powerful enough to kill some one.

Prosecution: " Your honor, if a toddler put it in its mouth and..."

You can probably throw a KNIFE at the Criminal and it would have more affect.

So how on earth do you pull the trigger on the thing? World's Smallest Gun, but takes at least two hands and a paperclip to fire...
