I was a little disappointed in the number of vendors and at the lack of guns. I thought for sure my perfect rifle was there, but it must have got lost on the way to the show!

Did you see the price of the 380 ammo? It wasn't as bad as I was expecting but it was still $30 for a box of 50

Yeah , I was surprised that the prices weren't way overboard.
For example WWB 100 count .45acp ...$45.00
I just paid $42.00 at Academy yesterday .

I really didn't checkout any of the .45 ammunition .... my stockpile of it is already at my 'happy' level.

My 9mm is pretty good too, it is just my .380 supply that is a little 'low'....especially now we have 2 that use it.

We hit up the "High Caliber Gun Show" today at GRB and it was pretty good. Lots of handguns, rifles and shotguns. Ammo wasn't to bad, not much higher than other places with the exception of Wally World. My wife fell in love with an STI Spartan in .45acp. That gun sure felt good in the hand, and made in Texas!!

Actually, my wife mentioned it earlier in the thread. We like to go to the shows at Reliant and GRB. Always draws more vendors.

Did you snag any goodies?

Just ammo for us, and a few Christmas gifts for others. It's not quite gun-time yet....but when it is, my better half gets the next one!
