Found this on Nevada Shooters, I'm not sure if he's making fun or serious. It is a new photo of the "badge" I haven't seen before.

Further update on the moving scam.

Texas Department of Transportation interviewed the victims and they picked the guy out of a photo lineup.

They had recently convinced the Dallas Police Department it was a crime and not a civil matter and the BG's have moved to Houston to stay in business.

After reading some of the comments on that forum I hope everyone realizes that it's not just us here that think a badge like this is a ridiculous idea.

These guys are running a con. As tempting as it would be to draw on them, I would caution against it. Here is another tactic, call your local news station and tell them your story. This is a good news story that is easy to turn, so the TV folks will probably jump on. These cockroaches don't like attention and might give your friend back his money.
If you are in that situation in the future, once they tell you they need $2000 more to unload the truck, pull out your phone and start recording. If they are scamming you, they will get real uncomfortable and in the worst case, you have video for the news story.
