RUGER re-barrell

Post by motleystew »

Has anyone here ever sent a revolver to Ruger to be re-barrelled? I have a GP-100 with a wicked groove in one of the rifling lines and I understand you have to send the entire gun to Ruger for a factory replacement. I was curious about co$t as well as turn-around times. Thanks in advance!
