Taco Cabana now with no 30.06 sign

Post by Lumberjack98 »

I occasionally have lunch at the Taco C at 59 & Kirby (Houston) and have always noticed the non-compliant 30.06 sign.

I went there for lunch on Friday and the place where the signs used to be is now occupied by a large fish tank.

At the door they have the standard "Unlicensed Possession of a Firearm" sign that they have always had, but there is no longer any 30.06 sign. I then looked around other areas and didn't see it.

Woohoo!!!

I got a call a few week's ago that the one in Dickinson had also taken their 30.06 down.

Who knows...Maybe they are making room for one of those George R. Brown Convention Center gunshow sized 30.06 signs...

Bastrop TC has replaced its stupid typewritten non-compliant signs with what looks like a valid 30.06 sign at one entrance only. A couple of other entrances do not have any signs.

I just checked the TC in Austin at Wm. Cannon and I-35.

No change.

They still have the non-compliant 30.06-lite sign which is the size of a piece of notebook paper.
