Yes, but completely unreliable due to multiple no votes by the same people, as indicated by the results of the study on that poll that I conducted this morning. One time I voted and the results changed toward yes by about a quarter of a percent, and another time I voted (purely for scientifical purposes) I saw the result move positive by a much smaller amount.
I did follow the online instructions to refresh my web page in order to see the results updated, but found I actually had to enter a vote each time in order to see the results, for my scientific survey you understand, and sometimes even saw the result go in a negative direction after my positive vote.
This indicates to me that there were one or more people on there cheating by voting no over and over again.
I guess I'll have to go back and check the results again.

Yep...Most online polls do not mean a thing...Been like that forever...
The issue to me is more important than getting a feel where I know everyone falls on this topic anyway...
But y'all know me...I strive to contribute to the mayhem...
