At the Driskill last night for Lance Armstrong's Proposition 15 election night party and noticed a sign on the way in. I don't have a problem following a 30.06 that is just barely incorrect, but this was a joke. In light brown letters the Driskill wrote a so-so version of the 30.06 wording that, in total, amounted to a sticker the size of a standard mailing envelope that was applied to the window BEHIND valet desk and at KNEE LEVEL. Wrong size, color, wording and not written in Spanish...? Sorry, that don't fly in my book. Carry on.

Wow. I've been there and I never noticed that sign. And I'm pretty good about looking for them. So I would say that it fails on the "conspicuous" aspect of it as well (unless it is new).

I'm not even a little bit surprised that you didn't notice it. It's hidden at best.
