coyotes

Post by dukalmighty »

Isaw a news report in california a neighborhod is being terrorized by coyotes, aparently they like dog meat, one ldy actually said and I quote "I don't know how they are getting in" it's a gated community.I think they are watching people and saw them enter the passcode at the gate would be my best california guess. So they are asking the state for help to stop these critters from munching on fido, some of them have starte carryng flashlights at night when walkin their dogs,i guess they are gonna blind them with the light when they charge.I know what you guys are thinking,i wonder if barbecued coyote is very tasty, cause here in texas if a coyote thinks my doggy is dinner i'm gonna chnge his mind real quick and if i call the tate fer help it'll be to dispose of the carcass

Maybe they should get bigger and tougher dogs. I have seen a couple of those little purse dogs that I felt would make nice little snacks if I were ever hungry enough.

Yes, I was joking. I am sure I could make a meal out of one with a few vegetables. :rolll

Don't forget, the Indians bred chihuahuas for pot dogs, not pot licking hounds
The cavy, aka guinea pig is also a food animal, no matter what Pets ur Us tries to sell them for.
I really enjoy hearing about the coyotes chowing down on cats.

If all those illegals would just pay more money to get smuggled up here into the USA, those poor starving coyotes wouldn't have to stoop to killing and eating people's pets.

[quote="dukalmighty"] I quote "I don't know how they are getting in" it's a gated community.I think they are watching people and saw them enter the passcode at the gate would be my best california guess.

Maybe if they change the gate code that will slow them down. It won't stop em though. Coyotes are pretty resourceful. Besides, they're probably just eating dogs that regular American coyotes refuse to.

I cannot believe the horrible turn this conversation has taken. But it is a dog eat dog world.

Wow, I know we have dumb people here in Texas, but that really shows off some dumb california pride there!! I have a Rottie, and although we havent tried, Im pretty sure that the coyote problem would be less menecing if he was on the loose.

They should give the dogs cell phones to call 911... the police would respond immediately as they ALWAYS do when you call 911, and in responding would solve the problem with the coyotes...

or they could post no coyote signs at the entrances to the community... we all know that works so well for other issues
