Sweet!

Get the HN-22 lens hood to go with it so you don't bugger it up.

For years I've wanted a digital version of my Canon T-90, with the same form and controls. Well, they've got 'em now, but... yeowch!

I'd say you got a pretty good handle on it. Beautiful pictures, amazing detail ... and the guns aren't too bad either!!!

Merry Christmas

Edit: I have the N90 and an old manual focus 50 mm macro. Even though it would be smarter than me, I would love a D300

Don't feel bad, they are ALL smarter than me. Doesn't matter if it's a D80, D50, D40X. Hate to think what it would take to really wring out a D300.

Anyway, you have good equipment..have fun with it.

Oh yeah...."I like 1911's" (gun content). ;-)

I kinda like the SP01. You don't hear much about them here but I sure like mine.

If we're going to go "whole hog" lets get the D3.

Pretty sure we could find one for 6 grand (on sale).

I love my SP01. It's one of the Angus Hobdell custom guns. I had them remove the firing pin block. It has the most wonderful trigger I have ever felt. The grip shape is great too and it uses 19+1 mags. You can't help but smile when you shoot it.

I have an Olympus 510. Those digital SLR cameras are great. I am the only one in my family not to get a Canon though...

Olympus makes a great product.

Not an SLR, but I use a Canon S5IS with decent results. Waiting for the digital geeks to "hack" it so I can add some much wanted features.

Oh, "I like CZ pistols"......(gun content).
