seecamp 32 brief range report

Post by sar »

Great little gun. I put 125 rounds through it so far with zero failures of any sort.
A bit snappy, since it's so small. After about 50 rounds it stings. Also, if you grip it too high, which is easy to do, the slide'll get you. Don't ask how I found this out.

Accuracy is very impressive. There are no sights, but I suspect I'd be able to do ok at 15 yards if there were. That said, offhand shooting at 21 feet yielded 100% of rounds within a dinner plate sized area of the target. I would expect a better shooter than me could do very well. At close range(3-5 yards) I can easily unload into the head of a standard sillouette.

This thing is tiny and completely disappears in my pocket in a don hume pocket holster.

Absolutely deserving of all the hype it receives!

Alright!!!! Now plan on putting that little mouse gun thorough it's paces at the Mousegun/BUG gun match the 4th Sunday of Feb.

West Houston IDPA will be putting it on at the Impact Zone starting at noon.

Lots of threats, lots of no-shoots and lots of fun :thumbs2:

:woohoo

The 1911 will be gathering dust before long. :smilelol5:

What ammo did you find to work best?
Mine prefers the WW Silvertips. Also had pretty good luck with the WW flat point FMJ's.

Haven't ever shot IDPA. Might give it a try this year depending on work.
Wish I could sneak to Houston that weekend!

I'm shooting hornady XTPs. They feed well. In fact I've had zero failures of any sort with any ammo. Ball ammo is too long to feed into the magazine though. OTOH, the cheapo flat head winchesters you can buy at 10-12 bucks for a box of 50 work great as well.

This gun does get to sting a bit during a 100+ round day.
