Need Spotting Scope Recommendations

I am looking on buying a spotting scope to see holes in paper at 100 yards. I doubt I'll go any further than that for now. I'd like to keep the price under $200. Any recommendations?

Orion usually handles pretty good stuff. I've had good luck with various astro-related items I have bought from them.
