I have been asked to assist in locating a venue for a corporate activity. It would be about 15 shooters and needs to be within 1 hour of the woodlands. they are interested in handgun scenario or shotgunning.
Any suggestions?

Both handgun and shotgun can be done at http://www.thundergunrange.com/ which is just north of the Woodlands. http://www.tts-idpa.com/ is an IDPA club that shoots there every wensday and on weekends as well.
Reasonable gun control is hitting your target with the first shot.

Its a bit further than an hour, but take a look at The Impact Zone outside of Brookshire.
