BAYTOWN, Texas (AP) - Grief counselors are available at school after a Baytown teacher died in a goose hunting accident linked to his dog.
Officials believe the tracking dog stepped on a loaded shotgun in the bed of Perry Price III's pickup while the man was hunting near Stowell.
The gun went off -- and the blast struck Price into the thigh.
Visition is Thursday at a Baytown funeral home for Price. He was 46.
Price, who died Saturday, was a math teacher at Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown.
Survivors include his wife and two stepchildren.
