We finally got Rosenthal out as DA of Harris county. Maybe the next DA will enforce state laws equally instead of enforcing under the "I don't like this law" so I won't honor it!"..etc. He resigned because of different charges including porn on county computer, racism, selective enforcement, fundraising irregularities, among other charges, including possible Drug -induced impairment.
He had repeatedly said publicly he would prosecute CCW holders because he didn't believe in the law and they would all go to his jail and their lawyers could try to get them out. Hopefully, the next one will be better. The Sheriff and County Commissioner Eversole are also under investigation for illegal activities.
