Phoenix Arms HP 22?

Anyone had any experience with one of these? Just curious how they performed if anyone had shot one.

My Father-in-Law got the Rangemaster kit with a 3" & 5" barrel and about 6 mags in a horse trade.

Also does anyone know if they are still in business and have a website?
