Question about FFL transfers

Post by dukesean »

So if I sell to a person outside Texas, can I ship directly to their FFL, or do I need to have my FFL ship it to their FFL?

You can ship direct to an FFL (legally) if they will accept from a non FFL. You cannot use the Post Office for handguns and they must go "overnight." In my case it cost less to go through my FFL than it does for me to mail it overnight.
