Question about FFL transfers

So if I sell to a person outside Texas, can I ship directly to their FFL, or do I need to have my FFL ship it to their FFL?
You can ship direct to an FFL (legally) if they will accept from a non FFL. You cannot use the Post Office for handguns and they must go "overnight."
