There's no listing for Fuddrucker in the texas3006 database. It's a franchise, so I imagine each individual restaurant owner could set his own policy.

The one in Galveston isn't 30.06 posted. Niether is the one on NASA road 1 in Clear Lake. Hard to say about any of the rest. Which one are you going to?
If there isn't a propoer 30.06 you should be good to go.
