Robbers steal 19 handguns from Cheaper Than Dirt

Post by Wildscar »

This is not good. Thought all weapons had to be placed in a vault at the end of the day?

Robbers kicked in a display case at Fort Worth gun store and stole 19 handguns on Thursday, a federal agency said.

The Cheaper Than Dirt gun store in the 2500 block of Northeast Loop 820 was robbed about 4 a.m. Two suspects pried open the store’s front door before kicking in the display case, said Tom Crowley of Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Investigators were examining video surveillance from the store.

More proof that gun control laws DON'T work. Where was Brady?

That does suck though.

BOGUS!

I hope the video helps them catch the scum buckets! Problem is, even if they do the guns are gone.

That does stink though.
The thing is with Brady, he doesn't want guns, or gun shops, gun manufacturers, ammo manufacturers, gun ranges

Thus if there was no gun, gun store, the badguys wouldn't have kicked in the door right?

Uggh my brain hurts just trying to fathom the ignorance some of the anti-gunners worlds must be like, I swear they must have something broke in their brain from sucking down too many mocha lattes from 4-bucks.

I guess the name says it' all i guess free guns are "cheaper than dirt" they just did their shopping after hours.Ths just goes to show that even a store like this that i'm sure is alarmed was robbed and BG got away before cops were able to arrive on scene.

To some extent, you can't really blame James Brady for his reaction. He was horribly wounded and permanently disabled when whats-his-name tried to kill Reagan. I doubt a day goes by (perhaps not an hour or a minute) that he doesn't think about the last day of his normal life, assuming he remembers any of it, and I doubt that we could have a rational discussion with him about guns and the 2nd. Besides, the already-existing anti-gun zealots were probably all too happy to anoint him as their "poster child".

Can my wifes bests friend brother start a grass roots campaign to BAN ALL cars...he can't walk anymore because someone got drunk and hit his car...so the whats-his-name wounded and permanently disabled him, or maybe BAN alcohol..oh wait...the gubberment already tried that and we see how well that worked

Giving a moral element to an inanimate object is down right ludicrous :willynilly:

(I will stop preaching to the choir now)

Back on track...messed up that they got hit...it would be bad if they managed to get into their computers and get hundreds of peoples CC info!

I'm not disagreeing with you, but it's hard to be rational when something terrible happens to you, or to someone you (presumably) love. Gotta feel sorry for the poor guy, ya know? If I were in his shoes, I'd probably wish the blackguard had killed me.

Surely they filled out a 4473 one each of them

What's funny is all the Sheriffs deputies are just around the corner at that remote jail facility. I bet the theives drove right past them on the service road when they left.

Wow, thats not good, Im surprised they dont have better security given the nature of their business. Granted they have 1/2" thick bars on the doors and windows, but obviously that wasnt enough. If I owned the palce Id invest in some of those metal roll up security doors and window covers. I wonder if it was the same people that hit Military Gun Supply down on 820 and Berry a few months ago.

Im thinking of calling them and asking if they want a night security guard, Ill work in exchange for free ammo
