Can't Remember

I changed my address on my driver's licence less than five years ago (got reminded to do so by a ticket ), but I can't remember the date. Anyone know how I can find out or what to do if I can't?

Why do you need to know when you changed the address on your driver license?

It's possible that DPS could tell you.

Did you possibly pay the ticket by check? Could you have the bank statement stashed somewhere?

Well, I should have mentioned that I'm filling out my CHL application.

Anyway, that's why I need to know. I want to avoid any possible delays in processing my application. I've emailed the DPS about this, but have yet to hear back from them.

I don't understand what the date when you changed the address on your driver license has to do with your CHL application.

I should have said that the DPS driver license division should be able to tell you. The CHL division may not.
