Does anyone have or seen a boot holster or ever used one? I am 6'3, need to add more weight, and most of my clothes are slim type fit so there is not much room for a buldge sticking out or a waist gun. I am married so I had to throw that in there to be funny. I do not own a car or shoes, so I drive a truck and wear fairly tall boots all of the time. Typical Texan. So I am thinking about a boot holster that I could attach to the pull loop or pull holes to secure my gun. A large firearm would of course not fit. Sure, it is not as fast as a waist gun, but I could get to it fairly quick.
Thanks

Re: Cowboy Boot Holster
I experimented with one of these from Dillon clipped to the top of cowboy boot to carry a S&W 637.

Available space in the boot is key, but a thin auto would work better.
The holster was abrading my leg until I wore a knee length sock.
In my case, I decided it wasn't practical or else reserve it for special situations. Access is excellent from sitting position.

I've always thought that there had to be another reason for the pull holes in snake boots
It's to attach holsters to!

Re: Cowboy Boot Holster
I have a thin plyable leather IWB holster that is just small enough to fit my Kel-Tec P3AT. It's smooth on the inside, rough-out on outside, the way an IWB or pocket holster should be. I carry it to church almost every Sunday, clipped in the front "V" of my left Nocona. I normally have to use a standard magazine base though since the little bit of extension on the Bersa finger rest base plate will make it bulge a bit with my size 8-1/2 boots.

That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it

I'd like to see picks. Actually I was thinking a boot might be a place to carry a spare mag.
