OK here is the point and I thought I would get some openions out of this. The Police spokesman said that they don't feel deadly force was nessary. Here are my thoughts. I have worked with alot of men over the years that I was friendly with at work and even had lunch with them. That doesn't mean I thought enough of them to have them visit my home and be around my family. The guy came uninvited and he was drunk. The force used may have been alittle extreeme as it is reported but who know's what occurred when the uninvited guy was ask to leave.

Police said according to Blanco, the shooter, Hudson showed up at his friends home intoxicated and ready to party and when he asked Hudson to leave he would not.

"Mr. Blanco said no you're leaving and he reached over and got a hand gun and threatened him thinking he was going to leave," said Chief Thomas Harris, with the Rockdale police department.

"I guess being a drunk, that when he said I'm not afraid of a gun go ahead and shoot me so he went ahead and shot him."

Police believe Blanco fired eleven times, hitting his friend between four and seven times ...
The shooter is going down for aggravated assault, and he deserves it. He should also have his portrait in the idiot hall of shame.

We all know the justifications for use of deadly force by heart, so I will only ask rhetorically whether any of them were met.

If you let someone that you know into your home, he has not committed burglary. If he refuses to leave, he is trespassing. The law specifically allows the use of force, but not deadly force, to remove a trespasser.

If you don't feel like getting your hands dirty, you can call 911 and have the police do it.

Pretty stupid
It is said that if you line up all the cars in the world end-to-end, someone would be stupid enough to try to pass them
